Major Job Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for tooling project timing making and control through working with all different function and global related team
？ Manage the tooling project process according to company’s procedure
？ Champion of tool project launch initiative
？ Participate AP Red Program Review meeting and escalate the critical issues to management weekly
？ Participate Global Red Program Review meeting as scheduled
？ Upload and maintain Project information and documents into PM Portal and SharePoint weekly
？ Monitor and control Project Investment(AR) and manage Project Finance
？ Manage customer MRD to make sure key deliverables on time
？ Comply with internal control requirements, H&S and Delphi Business Process.

Candidate Requirements:
？ Bachelor degree in Engineering
？ At least 6 years related experience, automotive experience is strongly preferred
？ High responsibility and Ownership
？ Solid leadership & management skill
？ Strong communication skill
？ Fluent English in Writing and Oral
？ Basic knowledge in TS16949.
