GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY 基本描述
Responsible for formulating, planning, and co-ordinating product development and design program(s) with the objective of developing products(s) by most efficient means using both internal and external resources. Work with The Product Development Manager in the technical design and development of new products, ensuring project schedules are adhered

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Project Management & Product Design 项目管理 & 产品设计
a. Review Cost, time-constraints, related to projects including, supplier’s abilities and production equipment.审核和项目有关的成本及时间要求，同时也包括供应商的能力和生 产设备
b. As required develops concepts and detailed designs for products and/or processes to see that new business opportunities are executed to their full potential by efficient and timely means.根据需要，通过及时有效的方法，制定产品及工艺流程的理念和设计细节，以此充 分开发新商机的实施潜能
c. Works on engineering product drawings for manufacturing and works with Product Development Manager for clients approval for product drawings and specifications.与产 品开发经理合作，设计出生产用的产品工程图纸，以便得到客户对产品图纸和技术参数的认 同
d. Identifies needs and recommends the appropriate resources to meet timely completion of specific project tasks.识别需求并为具体项目的及时完成，推荐恰当的资源
e. Coordinates and actively participates in all stages of product/project development including research, design, &, testing, supplier indetification and development as well as client approvals and production.协调并积极的参与到产品/项目开发的各个层面，包括研发，设

KEY ATTRIBUTES 任职要求
? Education, minimum 4 university degree in engineering (mechanical or manufacturing), preferred P-eng in mechanical/manufacturing disciplines.教育背景：至少本科4年工程专
业（机械设计或机械制造），有机械设计/机械制造学科背景下的专业工程师优先考虑
? Experience, minimum 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, related to design and development of products.工作经验：至少3-5年在生产制造环境下的工作经验，工作内容和

? Proficient in the use of 3D design software preferably Autodesk Inventor.熟练应用3D设计 软件，最好是 Autodesk Inventor
