Job purpose:
To achieve personal sales targets through:
？ Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base
？ Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services
？ Compliance with company policies and reporting processes
Main accountabilities:
1. Market understanding and expertise within line of service
2. Acquisition and client management
3. Recruitment and candidate management
4. Organizing work, administration and reporting
Key Performance Indicators:
？ Achieving sales activity targets
？ New candidates interviewed through consultants
？ Number of jobs in
？ Number of CV’s sent to clients
？ Number of interviews at a client
？ Number of placements made / fees generated
