Mission:

-Providing technical & product marketing support for AIF/AII/AIP sales team in terms of market segmentation, competitive intelligence and branding strategy to achieve maximum customer value.

Major responsibilities:

-Sales & marketing strategy planning and implementing for all Liutech products.

-To provide technical support to sales team so as to achieve annual sales targets of all Liutech products.

-Responsible for establishing pricing strategy for all Liutech products.

-To plan and organize product sales activities with communication team, such as sales promotion, ads, exhibition and seminars

-To overview product performance in the markets and integrate technical issues with product companies.

-To train, coach and boost product team’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects.

-Keep sales people informed on new product, prices, and so on.

-Providing training of product knowledge to sales team for all products.

-Interacting with aftermarket team to provide best solutions for after sales service to customers.

Job Requirements:

Experience requirements

-A person with technical or marketing experience in industrial product

-Over 8 years working experience in Multi-national enterprise

-Product Marketing or Marketing Intelligence experience is preferred

-Network in compressor or construction market in China would be advantage

Educational requirements

-University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

Knowledge

-Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

-Good English in both spoken and written.

-Good computer skills including Microsoft series and Lotus Notes.

Personality requirements

-Independent hardworking attitude

-Willing to take challenge under pressure

-Willing to travel
