Mission

It will be your responsibilities to:

- Protect company asset and maximize the company profit.

- Work with Sale team to reduce the AR percentage of Sales and Past Due. Ensure these are in line with company goal.

- To implement the company credit policy and review the credit term every six month with Sales.

- To prepare the AR Aging report, month end report, various analysis and ad-hoc reports. To highlight the existing, potential issues and credit risk analysis

- Ensure Accounts Receivable Ledger maintained in an accurate and timely manner.

- To hold monthly credit meeting and prepare the meeting minutes.

- To supervise the credit control team on daily basis.

- Liaise with debt collection agencies, solicitors, insurance companies and credit agencies to obtain information to support the collection.

- Investigate the accounts which have been put on hold to ensure the correct procedures are followed and appropriate actions have been taken immediately.

- Visit customers and dealers to build a long term and professional working relationship

- To take active role in streamlining the Accounts Receivable process to drive the business growth.

- To constantly take the initiatives to setup procedure and practice to reflect the dynamic external environment and lower the credit risk.

Experience requirements

- Five years accounting experience, preferably with two to three year experience in credit department

- Strong credit/financial analysis and collection skills

- BPCS knowledge an advanced competence of MS-Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint…).

Knowledge / Educational requirements

- University/college degree (Accounting, Finance), Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English
