The main objective is to apply the company guidelines in all the stores in your area in order to achieve commercial targets and to increase sales.

1. To transmit the company culture to the teams of corporate and franchise stores.

2. To collaborate with all the aspects of human resource management-recruitment, trial period, trainings, etc. - of your stores following all local/country laws/legal requirements.

3. To ensure appropriate recruitment and training by Managers to their sales team, monitoring staff retention and absenteeism levels.

4. To follow up on all aspects of staff development and performance within your area and try to create a basis for future promotions.

B. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

1. To ensure optimal customer service and compliance with company standards.

C. PRODUCT AND MERCHANDISING

1. To ensure all visual presentation directives are implanted and executed to the company requirements -must haves, merchandising cards, technical book, etc.

2. To cope with the VM Supervisor on a weekly basis with the priority of store visits within your area.

3. To check and continuously monitor product needs in your stores (including replacement), and transmit this information to the product manager.
