JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Assist TVCI Sr. manager to plan , execute and modify Shanghai TVCI training strategy and program to ensure shanghai TVCI smoothly run.

· Deliver high quality professional and clinical training to targeted customers. Coordinate with other functions and outside partners to execute TVCI training course.

· During- training: act as lecture and supervise in house person to ensure good execution including administrative arrangement, site tour, training quality, exam result check, training pre and post survey results analysis , external lecture and trainees agreement signature ect

· Post-training: External Lecturer relationship reinforcement and feedback collection to analysis of the result of TVCI activities as PERM, mange ECP database and assist in ECPs follow-ups and TVCI alumniRegular Communicate with agency to better enhance the training satisfactory. Update TVCI training SOP.

· Assist to build TVCI awareness among ECPs, consumers and the public to strengthen TVCI credibility.

· Responsible for shanghai overall TVCI operation and budget control

· Share valuable inputs or provide strong support for TVCI curriculums development or material fine tuning.

· Conduct community eye check program if requested.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Graduated from medical university or optometry school with bachelor degree or above and with at least 5 years working experience.
• Experience in gathering and utilizing customer insights to create suitable marketing/ education programs
• Experience in conducting Professional Education courses is important
• Passionate in education and lecturing
• Good presentation and communication skill.
• Good interpersonal skill and team worker
• Fluent English in writing and talking and computer literacy
• Overseas education and/or working experience is value added
