Job Title: R&D Project Manager
Lead R&D project of new product development or existing product evolution, together with project core team to achieve the project’s objectives (TTM, project cost, product cost, and product specification and performance).

Main Tasks and assignment
Main Tasks and assignments are statements outlining the required end results of a role. They are made up of what results are expected (output) and how these are achieved (input).
Lead specific R&D project with project core team organization to develop new products or existing products evolution based on the commercial specifications issued by the Marketing,
How to measure: Projects KPIs; How to improve: project management; Result expected: commercial specifications (Specs, TTM, costs, MTBF) reached, project documents well prepared, risks well controlled.

Responsibilities and Authorization (budget, signing of contracts etc.)
Respect new product development processes and project management processes.
Project Manager is supported by core team members that are supported by extended team members.
The core team resolves total project issues and make business trade-off decisions within limits established by the Project Approval Committee (PAC).
Responsible for project Schedule, Budget, Resources,Performances in accordance to Commercial specifications.
Resolve conflict among core team members
Organize routine project operational meetings with project core team
Organize all kinds of reviews related to the project
Prepare project documents and well archive the documents on the network server.
Assist project core team members to develop project management skills.


Requirements:
Functional Competencies

Education / Degree 学历
Mechanical /electrical / electronics /software engineering relevant majors, at least bachelor’s degree

Age Range年龄范围

Experience经验
At least five years of machine design and development in EDM field
Training/Certificate 培训和资格证书 PMP Certificate is preferable
Specific knowledge 专业知识 Engineering knowledge of mechanic, electric, software and application.
knowledge of BAC products,
Knowledge of development levels of competitors’ products,
Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, capable of protecting BAC legal rights and benefits during cooperation with other companies
