KEY SERVICES:
岗位职责：
? To conduct hiring process from resume screening, interviewing, to offering process and ensure hiring demand is met with cycle time and hiring quality requirements;
? To coordinate with external vendors and actively explore new hiring channels to timely meet Plant’s hiring needs;
? To conduct exit interview for respective Dept.’s salaried leavers;
? To support campus recruitment and other HR programs as required;
? To complete hiring related reports, other data collection and analysis as required;
? To assist immediate supervisor to provide all-spectrum HR support to business functions;
? To support other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATION:

? Bachelor degree or above, with over 2years HR related experience in multinational companies, especially in recruiting area;
? Basic understanding and sense of HR function;
? Good oral and writtencommunication skills both in Chinese and English;
? Mature,accountable, able to meet tight deadlines, team player;
? Professional; passionate for excellence;
? Excellent command of Microsoft office skills.
