Report to operation director and manage service team which including 30 service engineers and technicians.
Below is the R&R for your reference.
Must have Powe tool industry(如博世…)or 线体企业( ABB, 柯马…)or automotive industry service mangaer workingexperience
管理过大型服务团队,有负责过售后P&L经验(配件销售,客户服务)
Report to operation manager,Will be responsible for service and production team
l Be in charge of the service team
l Set up and manage service network throughout china according to the business, including staff and tools
l Manage service centers and improve the operation process, give guide to the daily work
l Provide support to the china PT sales team, and also to the PT sales based in other regions in Asia.
l Reporting to management team regularly,
l Lead service team to provide on-site service to clients including in-stall, test-run, delivery and after-sale
service
l Lead and manage service team, including team objective setting, KPI management, business development
strategy and staff training
l Maintain good relationship with clients and improve clients’ satisfaction to the service
Minimum Job Requirements
l BachelorDegree or above, Major in Mechanical Engineering or related area
l Familiar with tool or automotive industry with more than 7 year solid experience in production,
manufacture, service and operation management
l Strong management skills.
l Strong written and verbal communications skills along with strong PC skills
l Good English in oral and writing, Strong written and verbal communication skills
