Marketing Supervisor(one year contract)

JOB MISSION

To assist marketing manager in all marketing matters including event, branding, CRM, budget, retail marketing, POS and etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1		Event Coordination And Implementation · To coordinate event administrative issues between shops and office. · To assist marketing manager in event implementation and proposal/report preparation
2		Customer Relationship Management · Data mining and chart making for monthly CRM report · New VIP letter arrangement
3		Monthly MER (Marketing Expense) ·Monthly MER preparation and checking ·To confirm the monthly MER with finance department and FHK
4		Retail Marketing ·To utilise the resources of shopping malls (focusing on Beijing SKP or new shops) to get more brand/product exposure by liaising closely with shopping malls · To deal with the requests raised by shopping malls (focusing on Beijing SKP or new shops) to cater the needs of shopping malls.
5		POS Arrangement · Catalogue/leaflet ordering, allocation and deliver arrangement to the shops · In store POP development and production
6	Others ·Vendors payment arrangement ·Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

·Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, capacity in a related business or brand. International luxury brand experience will be a plus.

· Familiarity with various types of marketing works, also have successful experience in promoting market activities.

· Fluent in English both oral and written

· Good analytical & computer skills (MS Office) required.

· Team-worker, people-oriented, committed, passionate, can work under pressure
