1.PURPOSE目的
- DMSD Senior Marketing Executive is fully accountable for delivering business results (both sales revenue and operational income) for Consumer Electronics and Accessories categories.
- DMSD Senior Marketing Executive develop the marketing plans and lead the implementing activities to underpin the growth target according to DMSD business strategies
- DMSD Senior Marketing Executive is a product marketing management role and requires solid marketing knowledge and rich product management skills.
- DMSD Senior Marketing Executive is the key role in achieving the Sales Revenue, Market Share and Operational Income target.
2、PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
- Define business model & value proposition by deeply understanding the market trend & consumer behavior.
- Define channel strategies together with sales to maximize the growth of the responsible product lines.
- Define Market communication strategies and plans and execute effectively.
- Drive new product introduction to achieve sales & operational income target.
- Develop launch plans, manage and lead the timely implementations.
- Define product price according to product positioning to make sure sales and profit on the right track according to the business plan.
- Define and implement new product launch plan and post review with relative peer functions.
- Conduct product training to both internal and external related parties
- Coordinate with supply chain team for inventory control and management
4、MAJOR CHALLENGES主要挑战
- China market is relative complex in terms of channel, growth trend, sales demand and consumer style. IT and consumer electronics markets continue to grow while the competition is fierce.
- Channel is focused on E Channel and hypermarket and IT Mall while online channel has big potential to be further developed
- Increasing operation cost due to channel / product lifecycle / end user requirement/ competition.
- Manage multiple product lines simultaneously, encompassing different business model, channel structure and pricing system.
- Manage the sales/operational income/categories while driving sales to deliver the aggressive sales target without compromising the operational income requirements.
5、JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
- Bachelor/Master degree majoring in business/commerce/engineering, preferable with MBA degree.
- 5 years working experience in product planning & management, marketing management or relevant. Prefer to have sales or business management background in Consumer Electronics , IT, Financial Devices or Automotive electronics industry.
- Good understanding, working experience with IT or consumer electronics will be a plus.
- Project management experience will be a plus
- Good written and oral communications skills in English and Mandarin
- Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
