Responsibilities:
1. Actively encourage, support and manage distributors’ Kohler Technical Specialists (KTS) in providing after sales service for Kohler products;
积极鼓励、支持和管理经销商的科勒技术专家为科勒产品提供良好的售后服务；
2. Provide technical advice on installation, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting for Kohler products to consumers, developers, distributors and Kohler China associates.
为科勒最终用户、开发商、经销商和科勒中国员工提供科勒产品在安装、使用、维护和维修方面的建议；
3. Inspect Kohler products at distributor warehouse and consumer home; Approve warranty claims for both Kohler China and Kohler Imported products.
在经销商仓库和客户现场对科勒产品进行鉴定并决定是否按质量申诉处理；
4. Organize and deliver technical training and product knowledge to distributors and internal staff.
为科勒经销商和科勒内部员工提供技术培训和产品技术知识的更新；
5. Provide feedback on product performance, suitability and quality to drive improvement and new development of Kohler product; 对科勒产品的功能、适用性和质量进行反馈，帮助工厂进行产品的改进和新产品的研发；
6. Involvement of NPD in terms of installation and specs from consumer’s point of view;
为新产品的开发提供安装和使用方面的建议；
7. Handle technical claim from key consumers and developers escalated from distributors and Call Center;
处理经销商和呼叫中心升级的重要的客户和工程的投诉；
8. Provide technical support to marketing and sales activities;
为市场部和销售部的展览会及销售会议提供技术支持；

Requirement:
1 Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Construction or Material Engineering is preferable；
本科以上学历，机械、建筑、材料工程专业优先
2 With a minimum of 2－3 years’ solid working experience in technical service field；the priority to have the background of electronic or appliances product technology
三年以上丰富的技术服务工作经验,有电子或家电类产品技术背景者优先
3 Excellent communication and negotiate skills;
良好的沟通谈判技巧
4 Independent working style, self-study ability
良好的独立工作能力和自我学习能力
5 Can read and write in English;
良好的英语读写能力
6 Familiar with MS office;
熟练使用MS办公室软件
