职位描述

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency, product quality and employee safety working conditions.

2. Evaluate feasibility of an automation project leveraging both external and internal resources.

3. Define and specify technical specifications of an automation project.

4. Create a budget and timeline for all automation projects.

5. Perform investment and benefits analysis and create necessary documents for all internal approval.

6. Manage from beginning to end of all automation projects, including team management and management of budget, timeline and project risks.

7. Closely benchmark against competitors in terms of automation technology and application.

8. Closely monitor developments in the area of automation, by participating in trade shows and other industrial and academic activities.

9. Train and develop junior engineers and other operations staff to increase the overall capability of a facility in identifying and implementing automation projects

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. BEng/BSc in Automation, Mechanical , Electrical or Electronic Engineering

2. Minimum 10 years in general or customized equipment engineering and manufacturing

3. Strong project management and communicational skills

4. Good written English skills with oral English skills a plus

5. Good engineering software skills such as AutoCAD and ProE
