This 　newly set up automotive components manufacturer is looking for a potential ME Supervisor in LIU ZHOU (柳州，广西省). This position will have training in Suzhou for 6 month in 2014.

Key Responsibilities:
be responsible for tooling / equipment run off / debug / installation
lead process problem solving and root cause analysis
execute CPI assignment on time
optimize machining process to meet cycle time, FTQ and changeover goals
implement process CIP for cost reduction
maintaining manufacturing documents, such as SMP, pfd, PFMEA and WI etc
　
Key Requirements:
bachelor degree of mechanical engineering required
familiar with Fanuc, Siemens CNC system
familiar with machining tooling design and cutting & grinding process. know about equipment, such as turning, milling centers, thread grinder and so on
worm gear and worm shaft machining experience is firstly preferred
able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production
able to lead related team member (engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing)
