职位描述
Responsibility:
1.Develop new customers and new business and also maintain the existing business and customers;
2.Identify and work for gaining business opportunities in both prospects and existing customers within responsible area;
3.Provide annual Sales Action Plan proposal including targets, known projects and actions to sales manager for decision-making;
4.Make Prospect Attack Plans to develop new sales in Manufacturing and Consumer Industrial areas;
5.Establish professional customer relationship with our existing accounts through regular visits and calls to know their needs in their future projects;
6.Visit prospects within our sales focus specified in the Prospect, Attack Plans, collect all the required technical information (number of different parts, drawings, cycle time etc) and sales information(decision maker, budget, date of order etc) to create opportunity for new business development;
7.Demonstrate prospects or customers our company, products, and offer through presentation according to company's standard when there is possibility;
8.Make risk analysis based on the experience with customer, the application, budget, contract etc. and decide whether or not provide quotation to customers together with Project Manager and top management if necessary;
9.Prepare the sales part (arguments, price, payment terms) of the quotation according to company's regulation, sign together with Project Manager and send to customer when required;
10.Negotiate with customers on contract conditions with the limits of final acceptance test conditions in mind, fight for best margin with considerate preparation, get the Project Manager involved for technical solution when necessary;
11.Check the order, write the order confirmation after the Kick-off meeting;
12.Share with others about the information of market and competitors to help create sales support;
13.Prepare visit report, Sales Project List, monthly rolling forecast for coming 3 months update customer database on a monthly basis;
14.Participate in the Kick off meeting, final acceptance test sign of and the close down meeting;
15.Work as a team member for realization of team sales target;
16.Perform other relative duties as assigned.
Requirement:
1.University majored in industrial Automation/Mechanical-Electronic Engineering;
2.2 years in technical sales position of selling investment equipment for industrial automation;
3.Alternative could be the sales of materials/tools for industrial automation;
4.Foreign invested company strongly desired;
5.Experience in develop and manage sales channels.
Other Requirement:
1.With high flexibility;
2.Proactive, aggressive and initiative;
3.Good interpersonal & presentation skill;
4.A good potential for team leader;
5.Good English (both writing and speaking);
6.Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications;
7.Good sales track record.
