本岗位工作地点：深圳市福田保税区
* 能以英文做为工作语言，有物流公司或仓库工作经验者优先

Primary Duties and Responsibilities：
- Receiving orders from the customer, confirming on delivery details, registration inbound & outbound data in WMS system.
- Coordinating with customer, forwarder and other related parties, to handle the shipping smoothly.
- Coordinating with internal teams ( warehouse operation team, other CS) to well prepare the physical cargo.
- Accurately and timely preparing the shipping document, clearance documents, and closely following up the clearance process and shipping process.
- Following up customer’s request and feedback timely.
－ Monthly billing report preparing/Vendor billing verification.


Qualification:
? College or above.
? 2 years of experience on logistics and warehouse operations
? Good communication skill and problem solving skill, able to work independently
? Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? WMS operation experience preferred.
? Customs clearance experience preferred.
? Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin
