主要职责：

1. 负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统等；
2. 负责设施、设备的突发故障的检修；
3. 负责监督外部维护保养供应商的日常工作和工作品质；
4. 执行各种设备的安全操作规程和日常巡回检查制度；
5. 服从主管的其它工作任务安排；


岗位要求：

1. 3年以上相关工作经验，对工程和设备的施工、维修、保养、管理有认识；
2. 技校以上学历，能吃苦耐劳，具有电工操作证，持有中央空调设备操作证者尤佳；
3. 有良好的语言表达能力，工作积极主动；
4. 有电气线路、高低压送配电、泵房的供水等施工操作经验；
