执行邮件收发室职责和客户服务职能并协助主管进行邮件收发室的相关运营工作。

主要职责：

- 在客户的经营区域中为客户完成邮件收发室的日常业务
- 对客户的投诉做出及时有效的回应，如发生的事件或一些疑问
- 分析现行的操作规程，楼面的分布并识别效率、操作的改进机会
- 联络收取快递发货的相关国内&国外快递代理商，追踪查询客户的快递发货事宜
- 接收，登记，收集和分发各类邮件和文档，并对所发出的邮件及文档做好签收登记
- 筹备并整理外发函件/快件
- 执行临时性的紧急的情况下的收集/投递派发
- 确保邮件收发室的环境卫生
- 核实日常活动报告并提交给客户

岗位要求：

- 高中及以上学历
- 必须对计算机基础知识有所了解，有相关教育或工作经历者优先
- 良好的的客户服务技能
- 熟悉邮务和快递方面的知识
- 身体健康，吃苦耐劳
