Job Description

• Financial Accounting: Ensure the financials comply with both US & China GAAP Management Accounting

· Ensure regional and corporate tax compliance

• Assist in transferring pricing review and coordinate for transferring pricing report preparation
• Complete annual budget, forecast, and financial analysis;
• Treasury: Manage cash flow to support the business ·
• Tax: Ensure the compliance with all local tax laws / regulations ·
• Internal Control: Ensure company policies and procedures fully complied and to periodically review and upgrade the policies and procedures where necessary

• Audit: Coordinator of internal & external audit
• Review and ensure proper accounting processes are implemented, and perform operation controlling.
• Manage the relationships with the external auditors and tax consultants.
• Manage the relationships with local tax and customs bureau.
• Ensure the integrity of operations and compliance with all China tax regulations and other international standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Check and review of the financial statements and tax reporting.
• Lead our China team in preparation of other accounting & management reports and cash flow analysis

• Bachelor and Master degree in finance or accounting ·
• Qualified accountant preferred
• 5 years above work experience in finance & accounting with at least 3 years as finance manager / controller in a manufacturing environment with hands on standard costing experience ·
• Applicants with CPA and CFA are preferred

· In-depth understanding of tax systems, including transferring pricing and other tax regulations is preferred;

· Fluent English and Mandarin speaking is must
