Company Profile:
A wholly-owned foreign investment company

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the efficient operation of the property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services. Structural aspects of the property as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.

2. Co-ordinates all activities of engineering personnel to ensure completion of projects and meeting deadlines or schedules.

3. Holds regular meetings with departments to review methods and procedures, plan for changes and co-ordinate special projects.

4. Ensure the effective financial management of the engineering dept. by setting maintenance budgets, capital works program's and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against there are regularly monitored and reviewed. Responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation and submission to management.

5. Contribute to the property's profitability by ensuring the effective management of the building environmental controls and energy conservation systems. Evaluate, control and record energy usage and implement and upgrade energy conservation systems.

6. Contribute to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring that technical support services quickly address, and where possible, anticipate, individual needs. Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and that any requests for service are handled in a courteous and efficient fashion.

7. Team work/staff retention, direct, monitor and control the performance of all team members and ensure that all activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner. Provide training and guidance to directly employed staff.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master degree in Automation Engineering, Facility Management or other related fields

2. Min 10 years working experience in service/hotel industry

3. Background in 4/5-star hotel would be preferred

4. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
