Job description:

· Candidates must have an understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills designing and developing technology in area(s) of specialization to solve business problems.

· Participates in the delivery of complex solution as technical individual contributor or as a team member under coaching/guidance of senior team members.

· Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle methodology

· Ability to understand and analyse issues and uses judgment to make decisions.

· Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to read, interpret and/or develop Technical specifications, diagrams and database schema

· Validate code on customer’s system and educate customer’s team on applying the code.

· Work with Leads to map solution and technical information to customer’s context.

· Work with Leads on areas of local prototype, or proof of concept, to test solution.

· Write or modify programming code to suit customer’s needs.

· Unit test to assure meets requirements, including integration test as needed.

· Responsible for self-development according to professional development plan

Technical Areas of competence:-

Resources are expected to have deep technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:

· SharePoint 2010 - Should have done extensive work in SharePoint Office SharePoint Server 2010. Should have designed and developed Site definitions, webparts, features, deployment packages for SharePoint. Should have been involved in implementing features like publishing and portal& collaboration using Microsoft Portal technologies. Should also be aware of Microsoft Office tools integration with Sharepoint.

· Awareness on Office 365 is big plus

· .NET Tools and Technologies – experience of leveraging the same and designing, implementing and deploying Line of Business Applications.

· Databases: Database skills for SQL Server Development and/or SQL Reporting services

Qualification:

· Highly proficient & solid Customer facing Project experience involving solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment in one of the areas mentioned in Section II

· Must have a proven record of delivering technical solutions

· At least 4 years of related technology experience

Having a MCSD/MCSE/MCAD
