-Establish recruitment channel under reasonable cost

-Track , analyze and review training effectiveness

-Establish internal trainer team and develop internal training courses system

-Collect and manage the external training vendor.

-Balance training cost and maintain training record files.

-Classify positions and employee grade and establish employee development channel

-Coach during promotion period of employee

Requirements:
Bachelor degree, major in human resource or related;
本科毕业及以上，人力资源管理相关背景毕业；
3 years or more relevant experience in HR, experience in foreign-owned enterprises or JVs will be an added advantage, can present HR image professionally;
3年或以上HR相关工作经验，有外企或合资单位经验者更佳
Be familiar with more than 2 HR functions, staffing experience will be preferred;
熟悉人力资源管理2个以上的模块。
Good integrity, honest and good communication skill;
勤奋、诚实以及优秀的沟通技巧；
Quick learning, good English ability, Microsoft office skill
良好的学习能力，英文沟通水平以及计算机操作能力
Can work in high pressure;
能在压力下进行工作；
High Attention to Detail and accuracy
高度关注细节和准确度
Problem identify and solving ability;
具备发现和解决问题的能力.
