Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities：

Lead finance team to deliver strict and efficient internal control system to protect assets of company, including but not limited to: be responsible for the establishment of financial policies, procedures and internal controls ensuring that they are in compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
Provides site with all financial accounting support which includes controlling and coordinating all accounting activities for the site.

Manages/directs the preparation of financial forecast, the annual financial plan and 3/1 Business plan and to ensure submission of all finance reports to headcounter meet every deadline and of high quality
Manages/directs the development, analysis and control of manufacturing cost related to the production of products.
Provides management with advice on financial or economic aspects of the Site, including justification for all site proposals including capital expenditures and the allocation of labor resources. Identify issues and business options, which could impact financial results.
Provides financial management and direction to the local management team ensuring the site achieves its objectives. Monitors and controls budgets, costing and forecasting which includes providing Finance training, advice and support to the business clients in the collection and phasing of Project budgets
Keep accurate records and prepares financial accounts for the Site and undertakes special cost and profitability studies as directed.
Maintain a good co-operation with S/S and lead finance team to complete finance routine works correctly and in time
Assist China Supply Chain Finance lead on End to End Supply China Finance related job, supply Chain cost, inventory , performance tracking, project assessment and governance , etc.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor degree, major of Finance or Accounting is preferred
· Strong knowledge of standard accounting practices, both corporate and appropriate financial guidelines/principles (IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls, PRC GAAP, related taxation law & economic law etc) as appropriate..
· Strong ability to work with both financial and non-financial people.
· Good experience of working with JD Edwards and BPCS,prefer;
· Some knowledge of audit processes and experience in managing audits and co-coordinating with external & internal auditors.
· Good sense on pharmaceutical products and business environment
