主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
The Senior Testing engineer (Testing Leader) is responsible for leading the testing team to complete the development program or serial life program’s validation task.

The main missions of the role are to:

- Develop, optimize and manage test plans and be the technical resource for customer
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive validation techniques, methods and process.
- Serve as a key contact person between product develop team and test team
- Conduct post-test data processing and interpretation of results
- Improve internal specs, requirements and data acquisition test methods
- Work with and help customer achieve all required Sign-Off’s (Requirements, Safety and Design) to achieve Best in Class quality.
- Resource Planning and Management –Plans for adequate resources to accomplish workload in a timely and cost effective manner for labs.
- Budget Responsibilities – Assist chief engineers for maintaining validation budget for testing, fixtures and material (test samples) purchases. Provide up-front accurate validation quote for each new program.
- Continuous Improvement/Cost Reduction –Play an active role in reducing validation costs, assist development of internal test labs for in-house testing capabilities. Supporting and leading higher level initiatives for test labs.
- Technical Support – Provide root cause test methodology and failure analysis. Develop custom test procedures /methodology for special cases.
- Monitor all automation process and prepare specifications for all equipment’s.
- Maintain knowledge on all industry trends for validation process and development.
- Prepare project schedules and implement protocols for validation.
- Develop test strategies for validation products and media equipment requirements and design methodology appropriately.
- Administer all predetermined work assignments associate with validation tools and procedures.
- Develop and implement various validation guidelines and document packages for all assignments.
- Implement all validation process according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and perform calibration on all validation test equipment’s and processes.
- Coordinate with various validations work tasks and prepare reports to submit to management.
- Analyze process, identify all processes and evaluate all resources.

- The ability to lead, motivate and focus team members and suppliers to meet all program deliverables

- Advanced problem solving abilities
- Able to connect and resolve with suppliers on all technical issues
- Ability to work as a team player to enhance the project team environment, ensure support to colleagues, and maximize efficiency
- Bachelor degree and smoothly English speaking and writing
- Familiar with Auto testing, at least 4 years’ experience in this area
