主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
The Geometry Engineer is responsible for product and process geometry analysis and verification during the complete product development phase. He/she applies Faurecia calculation and measurement tools/equipment for discovering the risk and problem to report to program teams.

The main missions of the role are to:
Establish and compile geometry deviation reports by tolerance stacks analysis especially during design development phase, to guide design detail(RPS, geometry structure,…) and to improve fit-finish and reduce cost.
Design checking fixture according to CAD data of product.
Support program to control product geometry quality by establishing or verifying related documents (PAF, CRT, 2D drawing …).
Discovering product dimensional defects by using measurement tool/equipment, and report to program team to help them finding improve orientation after launching.
Collect dimensional lesson learn and share them with others.
Apply Faurecia industrial policies and guidelines (Geometry, Process, Material…)

任职资格Qualifications:

Experience in automotive industry dimensional analysis and gage design at least 3 years.
Familiar with 3D software especially CATIA.
Delivery focused, with a demonstrable track record of on-time delivery
Self-motivated to deliver excellence and perform beyond targets
Strong communication skills with the ability to organize reviews
Good organizational skills and ability to manage test plans
The ability to lead, motivate and focus team members and suppliers to meet all program deliverables
Ability to deliver under pressure with an appetite for measured success
Advanced problem solving abilities
Able to connect and resolve with suppliers on all technical issues
Ability to work as a team player to enhance the project team environment, ensure support to colleagues, and maximize efficiency
