JobTitle: NVH Engineer
Report to NVH Manager
Responsibilities职责:
Complete the analysis task that other department requires, and clarify and resolve ambiguous problem before starting;
? 联络其他部门专业人员,处理分析请求,在正式分析开始之前澄清和解决请求中存在的不清楚的问题;
? Take the analytical evaluation as department’s request ,and then submit he report;
? 应部门要求进行分析性评估并及时提交报告;
? Complete the NVH analysis task that FEA application required, what including develop the CAD model 、confirm the boundary condition 、load and other elements. And provide the appropriate method to analysis of clarify result and recommend the resolution to department;
? 进行有NVH限元分析(FEA),包括:准备正确建模的CAD模型,使用必需的边界条件、负载及其他要素,使用合适的分析方法为部门提供明确的分析结果和推荐方案;
? Summaries the FEA analysis result to information or conclusion that could be used by project team members independently or with FEA engineers. Prepare the FEA report and before submit that to department, provide the proposal and recommend solution to improve the design and get the corresponding recognized;
? 编写有NVH限元分析(FEA)报告,在报告分发给提交请求的部门之前,为设计修改提供建议和推荐方案,以改进产品设计和取得相应的认可;
? Provide the testing proposal to test department base on FEA analysis result to complete the final confirmation;
? 提供必要的实验方面的建议,检查实验结果以验证有限元NVH分析(FEA)结果的正确性,为结果添加注释;
? Develop the relevant plan correspondence to technical and quality standard to cost down or improve the quality;
? 遵照技术和质量标准推动实施相应的计划和方案,以降低成本和/或改进质量;
? Assure all the task assigned is in schedule and budget;
? 保证所有分配到的项目按时和按预算完成;
? Develop and sustain the working flow system to ensure all the data will be stored and retrievable;
? 建立和维护电子信息存档系统,以保证所有的信息被适当存储并便于以后的检索;
? Timely and regularly inform the process of assigned task to confirm the FEA work checklist;
? 及时、定期向有关人员通报分配到的工作的进展情况,以便于维护有限元分析(FEA)工作任务列表;
? Responsible for task assigned ,the final report and the accuracy of the data;
? 对所有分配的工作、最终报告及所有数据的准确性负责;
? Develop the innovation capacity and provide the best solution to assigned task as well as the optimal efficient;
? 发挥工程创新能力,为分配到的任务提供最佳解决方案和解决方法;
? Perform other duties as required by management;

? Comply with the designated ISO / TS 16949 responsibilities, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), Health and Safety and company rules and guidelines 遵守ISO / TS 16949 、EMS和健康安全规定、公司规定和指导方针
? Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar hazard communication procedure and comply with the requirement of the procedure. 接受ISO14001体系培训,熟知危害沟通控制程序,并按体系要求执行。
? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.遵守安全工作环境标准,和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则
Qualifications任职资格:
? Master degree and majored in mechanics, mechanical or automotive engineering, doctor is in plus. And at least
2-3 years relevant experience or take part in NVH technical research though the master or doctor dissertations;
? 力学/机械/汽车工程学博士(优先考虑)或工程硕士,至少2-3 年相关工作经验, 或在博士论文、硕士论文阶段进
行过深入的NVH 相关领域的研究;
? With the knowledge of mechanical system dynamical, vibration and noise analysis, and familiar with FEA
(HyperWorks/ABAQUS) or capacity to use Mueller BBM/LMS is priority;
? 具备坚实的机械系统动力学,震动学与噪音分析相关理论的知识背景,有FEA(HyperWorks/ABAQUS)背景者,
使用过Mueller BBM/LMS 测试分析软件者, 优先考虑。
? Knowledge of automotive transmission components to which combine practical working experience;
? 对汽车工业传动部件具备相应知识储备,能够将NVH 理论与实际工作相结合;
? Proficient of verbal and written English and fluent oral English in a asset;
? 能够以英语进行口头及书面交流;英文口语能力者优先考虑。
? Positively communicate with other project members;

? Excellent organization skill that working independently as well as within team;

? Capacity to read and draft the engineering print;

? Capacity to product design and communicate with test department;
? 具备与产品开发和测试部门专业技术人员沟通的能力;
? Basic knowledge of ANSI、SAE、ISO 9000 and other system customer required.
