Position Title: Testing Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities职责:
？ Performs automotive power train system component, module, and system test
完成车辆动力总成的零件，模型，和系统的测试工作；
？ Provide validation expertise as a member of various teams; develop & execute validation strategy via DVP&R. Individual shall be able to provide advice regarding test selection & expected performance and speak to test results with internal and external customers.
作为成员，提供专业的测试验证的技能，通过DVP&R发展和执行测试验证规划。个人能够提供关于试验选择，预期性能的建议，对内部和外部客户解释试验结果和报告；
？ Develop and conduct Lubrication, durability dyno and other bench tests as required to evaluate product performance robustness and reliability.
组建和执行润滑试验台，试验台，DYNO耐久试验台，和其他试验台的试验，根据产品验证要求，评估产品的性能的优劣和可靠性；
？ Develop and conduct NVH, lab-view software，and other data acquization & analysis software as required to evaluate product performance robustness and reliability.
组建和执行NVH，Lab-view软件 和其他数据采集分析软件，评估产品的性能的优劣和可靠性；
？ Maintain up to date library of customer specifications & industry accepted test methods. Create test specifications to be used when customer specifications are lacking or unspecified.
保持最新的客户需求资料和最新的制造业可接受的测试方法。当客户试验规范缺失或未特别指出时，为客户创建试验规范；
？ Complete, organize and maintain documentation (including project binders, internal test plans & report ,customer DVP&R) and so on.
完善，组织和维护文档。（包括项目文件，内部测试计划和报告，客户的DVP&R 等）；
？ Responsible for all lab equipment purchase (SOR and purchase issue follow up ) and equipment installation, adjusting, training and so on.
负责实验室所有设备的采购（SOR和采购追踪）和设备安装，调试，培训等；
？ Responsible for testing include test bench layout design and setup, testing procedure design, testing process controlling and testing report.
负责试验。包括试验布局设计，建立，测试程序设计，试验过程控制和实验报告；
？ Responsible for the prototype assembly include prototype assembly procedure, assembly, reports,
负责装配。包括装配流程和完善数据分析；
？ Responsible for product benchmarking and competitive analysis
负责产品设计对比和产品竞争力分析；
？ Involved with the tracking, inspection and analysis of warranty, test & plant returns per existing procedures & instructions. Requires interaction with suppliers & customers at various levels.
参与项目的跟踪，监测，和分析。现有的测试装配程序和操作指南 的成本利润分析 。与不同级别的供应商和客户合作互动；
？ Any other laboratory activities assigned by Lab. Supervisor

？ Some overtime and weekend work may be needed from time to time.

？ Accept the ISO14001 Environment system training. Familiar with chemical treatment, hazard communication, hazard waste dispose management, emergency response and waste water treatment procedure, and comply with the requirement of the procedure.
接受ISO14001体系培训，熟知化学品处理程序、危害沟通控制程序、危险废弃物处置管理程序、紧急相应程序和废水处理程序，并按体系要求执行；
？ Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
遵守安全工作环境标准，和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。

Qualifications任职资格:
？ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technologist Diploma is priority
机械工程学士学位或有工程技术专业背景优先
？ Two or three years testing experience in automotive engineering environment is required
至少有2至3年的汽车行业测试工作经验
？ Testing lab or analysis lab experience is priority, Lab-view software proficiency is an asset
有测试实验室和分析实验室的经验优先，精通Lab-view软件优先考虑
？ Equipment maintenance and machining skills is priority.
有设备维护和机加工经验的优先
？ Must have strong English written and verbal skills, be able to learn new knowledge
有较强的英语口语和书面交流能力,愿意学习新知识
？ Planning, organizational, communicating and strong interpersonal skills
有较强的策划，组织，交流技能和人际关系处理技能
？ Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer software
