Position Title: Technical Program Manager - Integration
Reporting to: Team Leader of Technical Program Manager - Integration
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Initiate a detailed engineering program plan, set up and deploy targets and a corresponding review mechanism.
负责创建详细的工程项目管理计划,设定目标并部署行动,并建立相应的审核机制;
? Budget overall program including prototypes, achieve the sales target.
制定全面的项目预算,包括样件生产,达成目标销售额;
? Control and tracking program costs, responsible for program to stay within budget, and costs monitory
控制和跟踪项目预算,是成本控制在预算范围之内,并对费用进行监督;
? Create/maintain engineering cost for each responsible program.
制定和控制各个环节的工程研发费用;
? Report progress on each program to higher level management.
汇总各个阶段进度,向上级管理层汇报;
? Escalate issues that are RED to higher level management.
及时向上级管理层汇报突发问题或情况;
? Ensure timely submission on Program management Reports (e.g. Monthly Cost Report and etc.)
确保准时递交项目管理报告(如:月度成本报告等);
? Ensure programs delivery term within milestone. Responsible of engineering master timeline.
确保各个阶段能够准时交付成果,负责项目进程的控制和管理;
? Communicate directly with Customer for engineering discussion/issues.
和客户直接进行工程研发事项的沟通;
? Coordinate internally and externally resources to achieve the program targets.
协调内部和外部资源,达成项目目标;
? Coordination and implementation of engineering changes.
对工程的更改进行协调和跟进;
? Ensure all development activities are on schedule without delay.
确保所有制定的任务都能按照进度完成,没有延迟。
? Create/Update/Maintain Engineering Open Issue List for each program, reports out to management each week.
制定、更新和保持每个工程环节的工作清单进度,每周向部门经理汇报;
? Set up action plan to recover delays in the program, communicate with Customer and/or Supplier to align the needs and get into agreement.
对已经延迟的任务制定详细的行动计划,就相应的调整安排与客户或供应商进行沟通;
? Lead and organize all delegated program meetings, ensure design and testing issues be solved asap.
召集并组织项目代表会议,保证研发和测试相关事务都能及时解决;
? Maintains proper filing systems to ensure all information is properly documented and easily retrieved.
正确的向项目管理系统输入所有信息,保证所有文件都被存档且可被及时检索;
? Lead the engineering quotations and engineering changes
负责工程报价和工程更改;
? Follows and enforces the guidelines and rules as defined in the Employee Handbook and Company policies.
遵守公司员工手册和其他规章制度
? Undertakes other duties and responsibilities if required by higher level management.
完成上级安排的其他工作任务
? Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the applicable Chinese Regulatory Act as well as rules and regulations outlined in the employee handbook.
遵守安全工作环境标准,和遵守员工手册规定一样遵守职业健康安全行为准则。
Organizational Relationship
Reports to the Department Manager or in his/her absence, the Director of Engineering of China and is accountable to him/her for the effective discharge of his/her responsibilities.
QUALIFICATION:
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, 3 to 5 years program management experience in automotive industry, especially in engineering development field plus.
本科学历,机械工程或汽车工程专业,3-5年汽车行业项目管理经验,特别在产品开发领域有经验者优先。
? Exceptional organizational and communication skills, good presentation skills.
掌握良好的沟通技巧和卓越的组织能力,良好的演讲技巧;
? Excellent skill on program timing, risk management and budget control.
优秀的项目时间、风险管理及预算控制能力。
? Fluent in both spoken and written English, German language is a plus
流利的英语口语和书面表达能力,同时掌握德语者优先;
? Familiar with the method of program management and management tools.
熟悉项目管理方法及管理工具。
? Familiar with basic knowledge of engineering development processes.
了解基本的产品研发流程;
? Familiar with knowledge of TS16949, APQP procedures, quality engineering, supplier management.
了解TS16949及APQP流程,且了解质量工程、供应商管理方面的知识。
? Familiar with the knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, DFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, Quoting Procedures / Contract Review.
了解生产研发、DFMEA、工艺流程图、控制计划等方面的知识,了解报价程序并实施合同评审;
? Be capable to operate regular office software, highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Project
熟练操作常用办公软件,精通Excel, PowerPoint及Project软件。
