This position is responsible for web testing projects. The candidate should have both qualified technical background and solid working experience of software test. Should familiar with test methodology, process and standard.

岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Responsible for requirements learning, analysis and test planning.
2. Responsible for designing test cases/automation scripts and perform the execution
3. Be able to analyze test result, generate test/issue report and track issues till close.
4. Perform different kinds of testing, integration, system, regression, compatibility and performance testing, etc.
5. Use software tools for testing and defect tracking (QC, caliber, QTP, LR etc.)
6. Communicate with customers and peers using English Suggest methods for improving quality and efficiency including cost reduction and quicker delivery with quality.
　
岗位要求Requirements
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
2. 2+ years experience in software test case design
3. 1+ years experience of testing large enterprise management system, etc.
4. Familiar with SDLC
5. Good listening, written and verbal English
6. Experience utilizing automation testing tools is a plus e.g. QuickTest Pro, Load Runner.
7. Mercury QC/ALM experience is a plus.
8. Ability to participate in a team oriented fast paced environment with ability to adapt quickly to changes/challenge
9. Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
