Main Responsibility
1.Be responsible of monitoring the performance of emergency dispatch team, making follow-ups with potential providers from the team and helping the area managers to reach the contracts with these providers.
2.Be responsible of monitoring the performance of invoice auditing team, checking whether SOP has been applied and analyzing the behaviors on abnormal cases and reporting the frauds to area managers.
3.Be responsible of launching operational excellence projects among network team to improve internal processes with relevant departments and external providers.
4.Support area managers to handle complain, keep in touch with the providers if some of area managers are absent.
5.Release provider evaluation reports to internal stakeholders and external providers.
6.培训及指导部门员工并对其工作进行评估。Train and guide staff in department and assess his work.
7. 定期提交工作计划、实施、评估等上级要求的报告。Hand in work reports required by supervisors regularly.
8.完成上级交代的其他任务。Achieve other tasks delegated by supervisor.
9.对部门经理负责。Be responsible to Supplier Manager."
Job Requirement
1. 大专或以上学历/junior college
2. 电话沟通技巧良好，亲和力强/Well communications on telephone, good attitude
3. 性格主动、仔细、负责，专注力强/Active, careful, conscientious and undistracted
4. 良好的人际关系处理/Good relationship handling
5. 对数字较为敏感，有一定财务基础更佳/Good sense on number, basic knowledge on finance will be preferred
6. 熟练常用办公软件：Excel, Word and PowerPoint/Familiar at Excel, Word and PowerPoint
