l Responsibilities:

Business case study for electrical vehicle (EV) market (but not limited) and summarize key findings and propose actions for top management.

Finish pre-selected BD projects with feasible action follow up. It will include:

- Work with NS BD closely on pre-defined BD projects

- Daily business analysis (e.g. defined customer or segments)

- Work with offer managers to conduct concluded actions

- Present business proposals/reviews to top management

l Qualifications:

We prefer a highly experienced BD manager with car industry background. The understanding of power business will be a plus. Knowledge of new energy application in car industry is definitely a competitive advantage. Related BD experiences will be highly recognized.

It is extremely important for the candidate to be a self-starter, who is extremely driven, excellent with people and able to pitch his or her ideas both internally and externally. Good communication and coordination skills are critical for this position. Schneider uses English as its official language, good English language skills (spoken and written) and presentation skills are necessary.

l Academic qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in technical or marketing field ideally followed by advanced business degree such as MM or MBA.

l Experience:

Minimum 8 years relevant job experience
