Position Tile: Senior Launch Specialist
Report to: Launch manager
Location: Shanghai
Main responsibilities are including but not limited:
1. Manage the operational launch process, including launch strategy, planning, and execution.
- Make sure the stakes of the new offers are understood;
- Drive offer positioning according to LoB & local business requirements;
- Get commitment on sales forecasts ;
- Formalized action plans (What? Who? When? How?);
- Develop a dashboard to follow-up monthly and track business performance metrics and action items
- Validate and support (participate) launch plan in different sales pipes: Training / events / promotion/ specification.
- Identify launch expense to maximize returns on current business portfolio
2. Coordinate the Communication plan
- Work with Marketing & Communication teams, to make communication plan and tools for push (promotional tools, selling points, catalogues, technical publication ...) & pull (campaign & activities to target mainly specifies, influencers, analysts, and digital & print media...)
- Follow closely the global planning

- OP or CPS managers.
- Sales Managers.
Qualifications:
This position requires a lot of energy, a strong communication skill and fluent English.
- Bachelor degree with Electrical Engineering / Marketing;
- To be “business oriented” and to prefer results and action than perfect strategy;
- A very “pragmatic” approach is needed;
- Good capability of communication towards internal organization
- Familiar with OCP process, marketing methodology, marketing tools and marketing communication launching process.
