PURPOSE OF THE JOB 职位目的
Electrical engineering position in ETO team is responsible for design customized Cooling and PDU products, validate design and debug problem through prototype. Responsible for quickly provide reasonable solutions according to special demand of customer. Select components to implement design, sub-system and system level testing, release to manufacture and quality volume objectives of product development process. Creat and implement innovation idea/patent or projects.
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
》Design, verification, specification, and qualification of customized cooling and PDU products.
》Understand customer needs, provide satisfactory technical solutions.
》Implementing product development, product qualification and product release process.》 Electrical design, which includes: Analog and digital circuit design design, component selection, stress
and thermal analyze etc.
》System, sub-system and board level debugging and trouble-shooting.
》Documentation major in system design theme, product specs definition etc.
》Technical training for service engineer and customer.

SPECIFIC ISSUES: Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc.

Location is in Shanghai. Travel 10% or below of the time.
KEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS 主要内部关系
Work with related product development team members, such as ME, FE, CE ，DVT and PM in company.
KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS 主要外部关系
1. Work with supplier for components selection and customized part design.
2. Work with SE or customer for technical communication.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND 教育背景要求

Compulsory: degree of Bachelor (major) of Electronic or Electrical Engineering University

Ideal: degree of (major) of University
REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS, Specify “Advanced”, “Good” or “Basic”

Compulsory:

Advanced skill in electrical design;
Good in problem analysis and solving.
Good in EDA software such as Protel、Mathcad，Matlab, Pspice and etc.

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 任职经历要求

Compulsory: years as in companies

Ideal: 3 years as electrical engineer in electronic or electrical companies
