Summary of the job

A key role to:
Ensure that the Offer quality is built-in to reach the Customer Satisfaction on Energy BU;
Drive Energy offer quality continual improvement by effective monitoring and leadership skill.

Responsibility:
1. Monitor offer quality KPI / Dashboard and offer trend analysis with proposal;
2. Lead Cross-BU Issue handling and ensure country quality action complied with corp. directives/policy
3. Drive to find root cause and support to corrective actions
4. Initiate/Drive continual improvement project for related upstream
5. Guarantees that the VOC is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team
6. Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness, Customer satisfaction and Quality targets

Competency needed:
1. Data analysis competency;
2. Quality tools; (5why, G8D, 7 basic quality tools, Lean 6 Sigma, ...)
3, Excellent at excel and PPT
4. Good at English;
5. Excellent communication and convince skill.

Job Qualification

Requirement – Must to have:
1. Education: Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Automation preferred) background, Bachelor/Master in Engineering.
2. Quality competency: Experienced in offer quality management on new offer, offer evolution and offer localization, or plant quality management, or customer quality management, 3 years and above.
3. Leadership skills: Customer and result oriented, excellent influence and convince skills, good at communication & presentation.
4. Language: Fluent oral and written English
5. 8 years minimum total experience on offer development, manufacturing or customer service and 3 years minimum as quality function related. Above 1 year management experience.

Requirement – Nice to have:
1. 6 Sigma BB, Lean Manufacturing related professional knowledge & practice
2. Offer development experience (OCP, SSQM, SPS), familiar with ERP (SAP, bFO etc)
