Responsibilities:

1. Initiate China R&D council roadmap defining – with the direction from R&D VP, organize cross BU R&D leaders to identify cross BU R&D collaboration and initiative.

2. Monitor roadmap execution – keep close communication and interaction with cross BU R&D leaders for roadmap execution, be able to figure out the risk in timely manner, have regular meeting with action owners and provide support to them if needed. Finally make sure roadmap execution is on right track.

3. Build local relationship – work together with and push relevant teams in Schneider China to enhance the relationship with external partner and China government, eg. with Ministry of Science and Technology to check the collaboration possibility for government projects, also be responsible for maintaining HTE certificate for Schneider China as R&D representative.

4. Support R&D VP to Drive “ONE R&D Voice” - to communicate with internal and external stakeholders for cross BU topics and do internal coordination, be responsible for admin. support to host R&D council meeting on regularly basis to address the relevant topics.

5. Enhance image of R&D cool site – support cool site leader to sponsor of “creating great place” for R&D China teams.

6. Connect with global competency team – focus on driving competency management topic, find channels to share best practice and make sure local strategy align with global one.

7. Lead/support to incubate innovation culture in China R&D, Cross BU innovation and C4C innovation is key in 2014

Compulsory Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Marketing or equivalent trade-off in related professional experience, MBA is preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal skill, good convincing and communication capability.

3. Always demonstrate team work spirit

4. Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets. Ability to operate in a matrix organization.

5. Strong planning,relationship building, presentation, project management, and organization skills.

Language: Excellent command of Chinese and English.
