Key Job Responsibilities
？ Compile financial models, provide valuation analysis and serve as member of cross-functional project teams in due diligence & deal structuring on all phases of a transaction;
？ Familiar with SEC rules and US GAAP literatures in the area like investment accounting, purchase accounting and fund accounting;
？ Be responsible to track and review the financials of portfolio companies on regular basis and assistant CIO for the post-deal financials affairs;
？ Prepare reconciliation between financials as per US GAAP & PRC GAAP and be responsible for the consolidation financials and reporting affairs of the whole group;
？ Coordinate with internal & external auditor in the audit work of corporate venture fund.

Experience
？ The ideal candidate will be a hard-working energetic individual with solid accounting knowledge and outstanding track record of M&A affairs and project management experience is highly preferred;
？ This individual should be a quick learner and a self-starter who is able to set priorities, find out solutions and work to deadlines;
？ The individual should have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to team with individuals in diverse business and cultural environments;
？ The individual should have minimum of 3 years working experience in big 4;
？ The individual should have strong modeling skills and familiar with Excel, Word and PPT, and experience with JDE system is a plus;
？ The individual should be fluent in both English and Chinese;
？ The individual with certified Public Accountant or other recognized accountancy qualification is an advantage.
