Key Responsibilities:
? Implementation of the HARIBO sales strategy in the market
? Building and leading a lean sales department
? Directing of importers and dealers
? Managing key accounts together with the distribution partner
?
? Active planning and realisation of sales and distribution activities
? Representing HARIBO to merchants, importers and at events
? Product and competition analysis and conduction of market development measures
? Price and product analysis and development of suggestions
? Budget planning and monitoring
? Analysis of customer-, market- and competition data
? Responsibility for sales and distribution targets
Job Requirements:
? University degree in business sciences with at least 5 years of relevant professional and management in a FMCG company
? Experience in Key Account Management and/or leading a Field Force
? Knowledge of the topics sales-controlling, logistics and import
? Knowledge of category management
? Proficient language skills in English, Skills in German is advantageous
? Entrepreneurship
? Excellent ability to communicate and confident attitude
? Structured, analytical way of working with excellent problem-solving abilities
? High motivation and job performance
? Good organisational skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
