Job Description

*Create compelling interactive experiences for website/microsite, mobile, email, online advertising and social media *Develop and create innovative concepts in keeping with brand positioning and timelines
*Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to breath creativity into all tasks requests
*Leverage research and analytics to create, refine and enhance customer and brand experiences
*Lead other creative team members in creative exploration and campaign creation
*Participate in defining new processes and in evaluating opportunities to increase team productivity/efficiency
*Lead a team of editorial/designers/photographers/product editing to meet the timely launch schedule

Background
*Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
*5+ years experience working as a Creative Manager in the interactive space or other relevant experience in a web-based corporation, interactive agency, or internet retailer
*Successful experience in leading, managing and mentoring a cross-functional creative team
*Knowledge of web technologies and how to design for them; HTML, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, plus traditional desktop and mobile
*Excellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skills
*Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interface with all levels of the organization
*Flexibility and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced deadline driven environment
*Expert-level proficiently with Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and Illustrator
*Knowledgeable in areas of branding, retail, ecommerce and/or large site design
