Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1.Check and close open notifications/ service orders and correct FSE’s wrong entry in regular time;

2.Check open RMA in regular time and assist other CSR for return, ensure open RMA will be returned on time;

3.Some Admin jobs like receiving office calls,booking hotels,lunch

4.Assist CSR team for some CS jobs like collecting new parts’s information from FSE for customs declaration purpose,making some quotations for the customers, place FCO orders,send FSE schedule/IW59… ,back up for other CSR in necessary time


Job qualifications:

1.Good English communication, especially in oral & written skills

2.Familar with MS Office applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
