1、负责营运点保洁项目统筹运作管理
2、合理与优化调配员工工作，控制人力、材料、费用等各项成本
3、负责制定培训计划、管理计划、预算计划。
4、及时与上级部门及客户沟通，发现问题及时解决
5、安排下属的日常工作，定期组织相关培训

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，年龄30-50周岁；
2、具备3年以上酒店或物业相关行业保洁管理工作经验
3、具备独立主持一个或多个项目的能力；
4、有较强的团队建设能力和客户关系处理能力，
5、有极高的工作热情、较好的服务意识
