职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support:
? Own investigation and analysis of software issues, queries and customer change requests.
? Identify and communicate solutions and / or workarounds to the customer clearly.
? Identify priorities and escalate issues accordingly.
? Encourage software upgrades with the customer and work with relevant internal teams on upgrade plans.
Client Relationship Mgt:
? Regular visits to local customer base to conduct Issue Reviews.
? Advise client on technical choices, configuration preferences, software architecture, software versions.
? Support Account Management team to provide technical and / or functional information on Integrity.
Internal Communication:
? Communicate sales opportunities to the client sales account manager
? Communicate new product opportunities to business analysts
? Communicate product enhancement opportunities to business analysts or to R&D as appropriate
? Work with SunGard development and operations staff to service new and existing customers
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential Experience Required:
? Min. 1 years experience in Corporate Treasury and / or supporting Treasury systems.
? Knowledge of financial instruments.
? Experience dealing with customer within a financial organization.
Desirable Experience Required:
? Experienced user of similar treasury system (AvantGard Quantum, AvantGard Integrity, CCK Guava, Kondor+, Misys)
? Project management experience or working as part of a team on a software implementation project would be an advantage.
? Technical knowledge / experience (i.e. Operating System, RDBMS, SQL, Crystal, etc.) an advantage.
? Experience working with Account Managers to report on Customer Satisfaction and service delivery.

? Experience in talking with customers over the phone or face to face is desired.
? Qualifying needs based on functional and technical requirements.
