职位描述：
1、了解供应商的各项绩效政策和内部运作流程；
2、为方承内部相关业务人员提供相关绩效政策的培训；
3、优化、监控内部流程，保证及时、准确地执行供应商绩效政策；
4、协助各产品线负责人制定二级经销商的绩效政策；
5、协助执行二级经销商返利政策的执行与返利的发放；
6、为各产品线负责人提供二级经销商的返利报告；
7、管理CRM系统；
8、管理商务部门数据，定期提供业务运营报告；
9、为商务部的决策提供必要的数据支持。
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、一年及以上医疗器械或药品营销或商务工作经验；
3、熟悉医院医疗器械销售数据管理；
4、具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力以及适应能力；
5、具备良好的团队合作精神；
6、具备良好的英语水平。
