This position is accountable for the following end results:


Manage multiple and/or complex projects which support multiple business areas and geographies

Accountable for leading project teams from option generation through execution to meet stated business and project objectives

Accountable and responsible for establishment and measurement of key project objectives

Overall accountability for clarifying, developing, evaluating and documenting individual project plans

Responsible for project team cohesiveness in an environment where team members are in multiple locations and of diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsible for balancing business desires/requirements with IT possibilities and cost constraints.

As Scrum master accountable to ensure the tenants of scrum are followed by the teams

As Scrum master accountable to ensure the health of the team

As Scrum master ensure the product back log is groomed




MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

BS degree in business, computer science or related field or equivalent technical training and experience

Approximately 7+ years related experience

Approximately 2+ years of Agile experience

PMP Certification or Project Management Certification highly desired

Scrum Master Certification is highly desired

Possess the following hard skills:

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Industry IT Project Execution Methodologies

Ability to demonstrate knowledge of several Agile Methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

Avid user of MSProject or equivalent for detailed project scheduling

Experience with Project Portfolio Reporting Tool

Experience with Rally, Version One or similar tool


Project experience base which includes one of the following:

Project Management of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures

Project Management of SAP Deployments (or Enterprise Equivalent) both ERP and HR areas

Project Management of Infrastructure systems and services

Scrum Master of any of the above project types
