职位描述
The primary responsibility will be assisting Office Manager to support the WFOE managers, engineers and all the other employees. Will be expected to independently set up and manage the appointed office and administration functions, assist Office Manager to support US and international customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Travels supporting for staffs in China and Overseas: visa application, hotel booking and the transportation (flights, ferry, and pick up) arrangements.
2. Visitors receiving, answers all incoming calls, re-direct and relay telephone massages and fax messages, handle caller's inquiries.
3. Checking and assist service vendor with maintaining office equipments, such as fax, copier, scanner, and staffs' PC & laptops.
4. Keeping records of the inventory reports of office assets, properties and supplies.
5. Assist office manager on office supplies' purchase order processing; managing, monitoring the consumption of suppliers and equipment, coordinating the repair and maintenance of office.
6. Create and maintain a comprehensive record keeping and filing system for budget data, fixed assets and supplies, staffs' over time sheet & rosters, office layout, etc.
7. Coordinate calendars, conference calls and meetings for staffs in China and Overseas.
8. Help with delivering expenses reimbursement for staffs through Chinese E-Banking system.
9. Prepare financial materials to Accounting Co. and documentations, balance data with international banking process.
10. Assist office manager on yearly license, certificates renewal and tax audit.
11. Provide administrative support for all company managers.
12. Cooperate with office manager about any special projects, assignments and company events.
Qualifications:
1. College diploma required. Business / English Degree or equivalent preferred.
2. Office and administrative assistant experience preferred.
3. Able to efficiently use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access at an intermediate level.
4. Good command of English both written and verbal.
5. Must be able to accept and keep confidential information learned in the performance of the job.
6. Demonstrates high sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal and team work and is able to work without close supervision.
