Job Description Summary
Lead strategy and content generation for all H&W categories, including Oral Healthcare, Mother and Child Care and Pain management
Job Description
• With reference to BMC plan, innovation roadmap and trend of oral care needs, define professional marketing strategies and priorities.
• Lead DP and HCP insight generation researches and optimize IPD process to secure professional insights application in key innovation projects
• To define and participate actively in clinical research for product application with both in-house and external partners. These activities must be aimed at knowledge creation as well as shortening the time to market phase of product development.
• Work closely with CMM and Marcom teams to ensure OHC and MCC propositions brought to market can be fully leveraged from a claims and professional endorsement stand-point
• Develop effective relationships with individual KOLs and national associations in China , leverage their expertise in innovation projects and support CO China team to activate KOL endorsement at symposia / conferences, expert panel meetings and through marcom touch points with consumers and HCPs
• Lead local clinical trials; define trial objectives, advise on protocol design, work with CO team to locate sites and secure resources, etc.
• Responsible for facilitating the response to competitive clinical data and claims in China in conjunction with Category Marketing, CO and Legal
• Responsible for working with Marcom and CO teams to disseminate clinical data and messaging to key HCP audience, including KOLs and associations in China
• Communication towards Dental and Healthcare Professionals
• Develop locally relevant communication content for OHC and MCC in supporting new product launches
• Execute Marcom tool kit and disease management packages to increase DP recommendation
• Work with CO leader to optimize dental and HCP business model in conjunction to market maturity
• Establish business logic between professional endorsement impact and business or brand KPIs
• Define HCP and DP endorsement KPI in connection to above
• Builds and maintains effective KOL network
• Advise detailing and distribution strategies
• Provide guidance on Professional marketing and sales capabilities build up
• Develop marketing and sales competence framework
• Provide training as necessary
