Job Summary
Responsible for the datacenter and branch office IT facility management.

Major/Key responsibilities
? Ensure two Datacenters and two offices support SLAs are met
? Ensure service availability for two branch serverrooms to meet IT service requirements
? Ensure branch office IT facilities to meet business requirements
? Manage incident, problem and change for datacenter and office related
? Support new application solutions which will be located in datacenters and serverrooms

Educational and Qualification Requirements
? University degree in Computer Science or MIS.
? 4+ years working experience in IT department and 2 year+ in IT infrastructure area.
? Experience on IT infrastructure operation, special for Datacenter(IDC,IDX) and serverroom management
? DCTM or PTS certificate is preferred
? Good language skills in both written and oral English and Chinese.
