Job Overview
The Senior Developer will lead and provide hands-on design, development and support for our enterprise CRM implementation. This position will be a technical leader in Siebel development using Siebel Tools, EAI, and Fusion middleware as well as help in generating reports using BI Publisher and OBIEE reporting and dash-boarding capabilities. This position will also provide integration expertise, and have a role in our business intelligence solutions.
Job Functions.
This position will work with business analysts and business SMEs to understand business priorities, and contribute to our enterprise architecture roadmap, driving Siebel solutions aligned with business direction. This position will also (a) work with business SMEs and analysts to understand business requirements, (b). Translate requirements into high level and detailed technical design, (c). Develop and unit test solutions, and (d). Support QA, deployment and provide tier 3 support as needed.
Responsibilities
* Lead and perform hands-on architecture, design and development of CRM application using Siebel Tools, and interfaces via EAI and EIM.
* Perform hands-on design & development of BI Publisher and OBIEE reports.
* Contribute to IT enterprise systems roadmap, and ensure CRM alignment to that roadmap.
* Work with vendor partners and development teams to provide Siebel best-practice assurance across package utilization, customizations, integration, maintainability, etc.
* Partner with infrastructure support to provide tier 3 production support where appropriate
* Perform other integration and architecture related duties/responsibilities as needed
