Technology Project Manager (experience in banking)
Responsibilities:
-Provide application and functional expertise for business requirements definition, functional reviews, training and testing.
-Provide general direction and business understanding for technical project teams
-Work with project teams and biz groups to understand and document the requirement for their business problems and opportunities
-Review functional and design specifications
-Oversee UAT testing and implementation
-Conduct a post-implementation review of project
-Manage budget, timeline and resources of projects
-Responsible for all compliance & information security checks & documentation regarding company technology policy
Key Requirements:
-3 years above experience in system development, testing, business analyst or project management role in banking or credit card area.
-Working experience in finance relevant projects is considered
-Has cards core system knowledge especially for ECS or V+ product is preferred.
-Has online banking or phone banking knowledge is preferred.
-Must be self-driven and deliver results based on agreed targets
-Willingness to accept challenges and work extended hours
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, Good command of English
-Solid knowledge in CUP and PBOC standard
Product Manager (experience in eCommerce)
Primary Job Responsibilities
Work with US business partner to develop Data product
. Lead ad-hoc data request, issue fixing and business analysis to support international business partner.
. Communicate insights and support executives in taking business decision.
. Support on the analytic platform construction, maintaining and enhancing.
. Develop and maintain the analytic tools and automation process to improve the consistency and efficiency.
- Work together with development and QA team based on Scrum/Agile mythology
Job Requirements
Bachelors or Graduate degree in quantitative fields such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, operations research.
.2-3 years of IT development or business system analytics experience.
- Understands industry and competitive trends and evolving customer needs. Facilitates divergent thinking, but may require assistance converging on the best solution for the customer.
- Must have strong skills on data analysis, good experience on SQL.
-Writes, owns and facilitates reviews of product requirements documents under guidance. Prioritizes requirements with guidance based on customer need, business goals and technical feasibility/cost.
. Great business sense and superior analytical skills with the ability of understanding business problems and developing innovative and practical solutions to solve complex problems and execute on solutions.
. Proficient in SQL, UNIX, and Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of advanced data mining tools such as SAS Enterprise Miner is a plus.
. Experience with large data sets and data manipulation and Logical Data Model Design.
. Very good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
-Good capability to talk and work with US/EU customers to understand their requirements.
. Some Project management skills preferred.
. Some Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects with demonstrated follow-through.
