Responsibility:

1.Responsible for P/L & to make the strategy of KUKA robots towards electronics/3C industry
2.Responsible for market research, product development and application R & D
3.Coordinate with global electronics division head and regional subsidiaries to approach global customers
4.Leadership to whole electronics team set up the working process/procedures.
5.Identify key accounts in the industry and organize the key account management system.
6.Interaction with regional sales manager and sales for target setting up, and function identification.
7.Guide, motivate whole team for the same goal, and coordinate market segment, product management, R&D development and process development.
8.Set up the strategy and guidance to work with system integrators.
9.Build up the R&D center and set the products/applications R&D roadmap, cost structure, and sharing mode with the system partners/line builders.
10.Report monthly progress both locally and globally. Pursue the profit growth, responsible for order intake, revenue, Ebit , cash flow etc.
11.Visionary and assertive: the person needs to develop, pursue and realize a long term strategy for the Chinese team independently.

Requirement:

1.5-8 years working experience in sales, operation and R&D management;
2.Bachelor in engineering/electric/mechanics is mandatory, master degree is preferred;
3.Solid commercial and technical background;
4.5 years or above experience in personnel management;
5.Experience with startup of operations in China (organization, functions, processes, cost structure etc.) is essential;
6.Fluent English skill, German is preferred;
7.Well office software skill, especially in PowerPoint;
8.Good communication skill, and well presentation skill;
9.Working experience in multinational companies is preferred;
10.OK for frequent travelling;
11.Self-motivation and willing to take the challenge.
